TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE DYNAMICS

“TRIVIA SAY FOOTBALL - GO PLUS”

 

GENERAL

Name of the dynamic: Trivia Dilo Soccer - Go Plus

Validity of the dynamic: From Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 21, 2021 at 10:00 p.m.

Validity: Promotion valid for Dilo Futbol and Go Plus followers.

Region: Mexican Republic.

 

PARTICIPANTS

  1. The participation of people in this dynamic implies the express acceptance of the bases and conditions of the same.
  2. Participants must reside in the Mexican Republic.

MECHANICS

The mechanics will be the following:

  1. Dilo Futbol will publish 11 trivia with two questions each. These trivia will be distributed in two trivia per week. These trivia must be answered correctly and in the shortest possible time through a comment within the publication.
  2. Anyone over the age of 15 must answer correctly and in the shortest possible time the largest number of questions of the 11 trivia that will be published on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  3. To participate, it will be necessary for those interested to follow the Dilo Futbol and Go Plus accounts on social networks.
  4. The answers must be answered correctly and without editing the comment; The participation of whoever edits their already sent answer will be automatically cancelled.
  5. In order to win any of the prizes, the participants will have to have answered all the trivia that are published throughout the established time.
  6. The Dilo Futbol team will maintain constant monitoring and will take screenshots to keep track of the time in which the participants make their comments with the answers.
  7. Participants must comment on their answers in the posts of each of the trivia questions after they are published, starting on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. and ending on Thursday, April 2, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.: 00 hrs.
  8. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 scores.
  9. A different prize will be awarded for first, second and third place.
  10. In the event of a tie in any of the positions, the screenshots of each trivia will be used so that the committee determines which participant commented first and correctly.

WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT

  1. On Friday, September 3, 2021, Dilo Futbol will announce the winners of the dynamic.
  2. The name of the winners will be published in the official account of Dilo Futbol and Go Plus.

AWARD DELIVERY

  1. The prize will be sent to the address indicated by the winner, as long as it is located in the Mexican Republic.
  2. In the event that the winner is a minor who publishes from his personal Facebook, it must be the address that the parents or guardians indicate.
  3. The delivery time of the prize will depend on the parcel service used to make the shipment.

CONDITIONS

  1. The necessary quorum for the dynamics to be valid is a minimum of 15 participants. In case the 3 participants are not reached, the dynamic will be canceled without any responsibility for Dilo Futbol and Go Plus.
  2. Each participant may participate only once.
  3. You can participate from any state of the Mexican Republic.
  4. Participating people must be followers of Dilo Futbol and Go Plus, so Dilo Futbol and Go Plus reserve the right to ask for a witness to it.
  5. Any entry containing vulgar language or profanity is prohibited; In case of incurring in this fault, the photograph will be deleted and the participant will be disqualified.
  6. The photograph that shows any type of obscene image will be eliminated and the participant will be disqualified.
  7. The Committee's decision is final.
  8. In case of winning, Dilo Futbol will contact the person via Facebook message.
  9. The person who does not adequately comply with the dynamic will be disqualified and will not be able to win.
  10. The fact of participating in the Dynamic implies that the participant gives:
  1. Your agreement and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the bases.
  2. Your agreement and acceptance for Dilo Futbol to resolve unilaterally and without appeal the provisions contemplated and not contemplated in these bases.
