TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE DYNAMICS

“SAVING AND GOING”

GENERAL

Name of the dynamic: Saving ando

Validity of the dynamic: From Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. to Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 8:00 p.m.

Validity: Promotion valid for fans of Bam Boo! Lifestyle.

Region: Mexican Republic.

 

PARTICIPANTS

  1. The participation of people in this dynamic implies the express acceptance of the bases and conditions of the same.
  2. Participants must reside in the Mexican Republic.

 

MECHANICS

The mechanics will be the following:

  1. Participants must follow BamBoo! Lifestyle on Facebook and Instagram.
  2. Anyone who wishes to participate must make a hand drawing, a photo collage, or record a short video (no longer than one minute) in which they represent the way in which they and their family take care of water in their homes.
  3. Participants, who may be grandparents, parents, older siblings or any other close relative, must upload their drawing, video or collage in the post related to the dynamic "Saving ando" with Bam Boo! Lifestyle.
  4. In case there is a child who has Facebook and is the one who uploads their participation in the dynamics, and the publication of the image, the responsibility will fall entirely on the parents or guardians.
  5. Participants must upload their drawing, video or collage from Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. and until Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 8:00 p.m.
  6. The drawings, videos or collages will be reviewed by a Committee, which will decide the best 3 entries.
  7. These 3 best entries will be the winners.

WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT

  1. On Friday, August 27, 2021, Bam Boo! Lifestyle will announce the winners of the dynamic.
  2. The name of the winners will be published on the official account of Bam Boo! Lifestyle.

AWARD DELIVERY

  1. The prize will be sent to the address indicated by the winner, as long as it is located in the Mexican Republic.
  2. In the event that the winner is a child who posts from their personal Facebook, it must be the address that the parents or guardians indicate.
  1. The delivery time of the prize will depend on the parcel service used to make the shipment.

 

CONDITIONS

  1. The minimum quorum necessary for the dynamic to be valid is 5 participants. In case the 5 participants are not reached, the dynamic will be canceled without any responsibility for Bam Boo! Lifestyle.
  2. Each participant may participate only once.
  3. You can participate from any state of the Mexican Republic.
  4. Participants must be followers of Bam Boo! Lifestyle, so Bam Boo! Lifestyle reserves the right to request a witness to this.
  5. Any participation that contains vulgar language or profanity is prohibited, in case of incurring this fault, the photograph will be eliminated and the participant will be disqualified.
  6. The drawing, video or collage that shows any type of obscene image will be removed and the participant will be disqualified.
  7. The Committee's decision is final.
  8. In case of winning, Bam Boo! Lifestyle will contact the person via Facebook message.
  9. The person who does not adequately comply with the dynamic will be disqualified and will not be able to win.
  10. The fact of participating in the Dynamic implies that the participant gives:
    1. Your agreement and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the bases.
    2. Your agreement and acceptance for Bam Boo! Lifestyle resolves unilaterally and without appeal the provisions contemplated and not contemplated in these bases.
    3. Your agreement and acceptance to receive by any means information related to the activities of the promotion and upcoming promotions of Bam Boo! Lifestyle.
    4. The rights to use his image to Bam Boo! Lifestyle for the purposes that are required.   3. Bam Boo! Lifestyle disclaims any behavior of the participant that is contrary to Mexican laws and that results in civil, commercial or judicial responsibilities.
