Test the tape on a small area of the skin, in case of irritation or redness when removing, do not use.
To remove the Kinesiology Tape, pre-soak the tape with baby oil and remove it, preferably during the bath. Remove gently and towards the same direction of the hair.
Avoid removing the tape dry, doing so can cause skin damage.
